AWATEAHakvoort Shipyard

The 45m Awatea was delivered by Hakvoort in 2008 and refitted in 2013. Awatea was designed by Cor de Rover with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design while Felix Buytendijk was responsible for the interior design. Built to Lloyds and MCA, Awatea was the first yacht to be built for chartering under the Dutch government rules for Commercial Cruising Vessels (CCV) and has the perfect length and layout for worldwide family cruising. She is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system and cruises comfortably at 11.3 knots with max speed of 13 knots.
Awatea sleeps 10 guests with the master suite on deck and accommodates nine crew. A tender garage for a 7.6m tender and all her water toys keeps her decks clear for owner and guest relaxation.
