NEW CENTRAL AGENCY: ANNA I67m I 220’ De Vries with interior and exterior design by Michael Leach Design

Launched in 2007 by the De Vries Feadship yard, ANNA I is, if not the best, one of the top pedigreed yachts of this size on the market today.
With naval architecture by De Voogt spanning four decks, her exterior and interior design are by Michael Leach. Recognized as one of the most innovative superyacht design studios around, MLD is known for their well-thought-out general arrangement plans that work properly for guests and crew alike. ANNA 1’s impressive architecture, engineering design and finish won her an award in the Best Displacement Motor Yacht from 1300GT to 2999GT at the World Superyacht Awards.
The well-balanced distribution of open deck spaces includes sunbathing areas, alfresco dining areas and a helipad aft (for an EC 135) to complement the elegant, interior accommodations with 7 spacious staterooms for up to 17 guests. Anna 1’s interior is finished in satin polished burr elm, flame mahogany and decorated with museum-quality handmade furniture in rare woods by Silverlining Furniture.
ANNA 1 has a number of unique design features like the port-side dining room with sliding doors to the side deck where a folding terrace drops down to improve the sea views. The bridge deck saloon doubles as a cinema, with a drop-down screen and projector and there is an enclosed gym on the sun deck.
The master suite has double the normal volume, created by doing away with the roof above the bedroom area and opening it up to double height. Natural light comes into the cabin from windows on two levels. The suite includes a large walk-in dressing room, an Owner's office/library, and a generous bathroom. Stairs lead up to a private panoramic lounge with doors leading to the foredeck and a private owner’s area.
The main saloon can be set up as a disco. The furniture moves to the sides and the Dutch elm parquet dance floor comes alive with the sound and light system from four custom-made Silverlining disco units.
Anna is powered by twin Caterpillar main engines and has a 5,100nm range at 13 knots and maximum speed of 16.7 knots. She is equipped with Quantum zero-speed stabilizers and accommodates 18 crew.
At Eur 53,900,000, ANNA 1 is well priced and seriously for sale. She is currently undergoing an extensive refit including a complete paint job and will be ready for viewings in the Mediterranean in April.
