UNITY SOLDCustom-built for family cruising
Stuart is pleased to announce the sale of Unity, the 40m full custom semi-displacement yacht delivered by Palmer Johnson in 2003. Built in aluminium for the current owner to a design by Murray & Associates, Unity is DNV classed with a shallow draft, transatlantic range and cruising speed of 14knots.
She is spacious for her size with a versatile layout. Her interior, designed by A La Mer, is bright and airy and decorated in light wood throughout. She accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms including a full beam VIP or second Owner’s stateroom on deck and a full-beam Owner’s suite with his and her bathrooms on the lower deck. A study on the main deck can double as a children’s playroom. Special features include a well laid out sundeck with a hot tub and very safe access to the water ideal for small children. She has a hydraulic folding mast to ensure she could fit in the undercover storage sheds at the Fort Lauderdale Boat House.
Unity was asking USD 6,900.000.
