January 2020

PRICE REDUCTION ON MAG III, BENETTI 45m VISION Best-in-class Vision on the market today

Designed by Stefano Righini and delivered in 2009, MAG III is the most specialized Benetti Vision on the market.
Although recognized as a highly successful series in the charter market, MAG III has never chartered and shows accordingly. She offers the perfect layout, inside and out. She can sleep up to 12 guests in 5 staterooms including a raised master suite with private study, his and her bathrooms and a secluded forward-looking terrace. MAG III has an exceptionally large and multipurpose sun-deck, a tender garage, is MCA compliant and has transatlantic range.

Unlike many of the other Benetti Vision yachts currently for sale, MAG III is equipped with the all-important zero-speed stabilizers at anchor and has an elevator serving the lower to the upper deck.
Her interior was designed by the world famous Bannenberg and Rowell and was entirely refurbished including refinished woodwork and new lighting and furnishings by the present owner in 2015 with new carpets laid in 2019.

Reduced to USD 11,400,000 she is more competitively priced than the other similar Visions on the market which do not offer the same amenities or technical standards and levels of maintenance. As a further plus, MAG III is US Customs duty paid and has just completed her 10-year class surveys. She is certainly the best offering in the USA and better than any of those located in Europe.

CLOSING 2019 WITH A BANG: HERE COMES THE SUN SOLD
December 2019

CLOSING 2019 WITH A BANG: HERE COMES THE SUN SOLD Stuart’s sixth deal in 2019

Exciting end-of-year news: Here Comes the Sun, the largest AMELS ever built, has been sold in an in-house Fraser deal with Stuart representing the Buyer. This is Stuart’s sixth deal in 2019, the second largest by LOA after the 85m LURSSEN Areti.

Built by AMELS as “The Head of the family”, Here Comes the Sun is a “celebration of the luxury experience at the highest level – a sublime combination of comfort, style and uncompromising design”.
The 83-metre superyacht is not only the largest AMELS yacht built to date but also the first AMELS 272 from the yard’s successful Limited Editions range. And the records don’t stop there. The design collaboration between AMELS, the exterior designer Tim Heywood, and the interior designer Andrew Winch goes back 30 years to the Jon Bannenberg days.

Built by experienced owners, the build was completed in only 2.5 years and delivered in 2017. At 2827 GT and counting six decks, Here Comes the Sun has more than 1,400 square metres (15,069 sq ft) of interior. The levels of finish, the lack of noise and the lack of vibration is remarkable throughout.
Among the most eye-catching features are a large Beach Club that opens on three sides, the Main Deck swimming pool and the Sun Deck party space with jacuzzi and open kitchen. Here comes the Sun carries a wide range of water toys, tenders and a huge waterslide from Sun Deck.

Here Comes the Sun was asking Eur 155,000,000. For more information contact Stuart at at +1 954 328 6553 or

$3.2 M PRICE REDUCTION ON S/Y GEORGIA
October 2019

$3.2 M PRICE REDUCTION ON S/Y GEORGIA Available for inspection at Rybovich

Now asking $ 9,750,000 the 49m I 159' Georgia was the world’s largest sloop at the time of her launch in 2000. With her 59m carbon mast and eye-catching burgundy-red hull, she established herself as the trailblazer for a new generation of sailing yachts.

Built by Alloy in New Zealand with naval architecture by Sudio Scanu srl and Butch Design and exterior styling and interior design by Glade Johnson Design, Georgia was conceived as the ultimate family world cruiser. Designed for ease of sailing with a minimal crew, safety and cohesive design was paramount. Georgia has a low profile with unusually large windows which allow guests to look down onto the water. The sailing equipment is hidden below deck, a very unusual feature on a sailing yacht, and there is ample sailing gear storage in belowdeck 50 gallon storage drums. Her centreboard draft allows access to shoal cruising areas. Proven beyond doubt, since 2009 she has covered almost 115,000nm, circumnavigated the globe and won the 2018 St Barth’s Bucket!

Georgia has a beautiful cherry wood interior and is the only yacht of her size on the market with a full-beam Master Suite and a sixth stateroom or gym. She sleeps 10 or 12 in five staterooms with en-suite bathrooms and accommodates 8 crew.
When she was launched, Georgia won the Showboats award as the most innovative sailing yacht as well as the best sailing yacht over 38 meters.
