49m (162') CHASSEUR SOLD One of the very few superyachts able to charter in US waters

Stuart is pleased to announce the sale of the 49m (162’) CHASSEUR, confirming a slight market uptick at the end of Q1. Stuart acted for the buyer.

CHASSEUR was built in composite by Christensen in 2016. The shipyard is known for its large-scale vacuum infusion construction method, which creates a strength-to-weight ratio seven times stronger than steel or solid laminate. The result is a true deep-water yacht with transoceanic capability with exterior styling also by Christensen. CHASSEUR doesn’t disappoint.

MCA compliant with Commercial US registration and flag, CHASSEUR can conduct global charter operations including in US waters without a cruising permit or pilot requirements. CHASSEUR is also helicopter capable.

With exterior design by Christensen, well built and with a smart layout, in 2022 CHASSEUR’s original dark interior was extensively renovated to a design by renowned American designed Patrick Knowles. Extremely spacious for 499 gross tons, following the refit, CHASSEUR feels like a brand-new yacht.

A successful charter yacht, CHASSEURS’ interiors are sophisticated and inviting with functional inside/outside areas and good deck spaces. Large windows and the light palette further enhance the sense of space. She will continue to charter.

CHASSEUR accommodates up to 13 guests in six well-appointed staterooms, including a full-beam VIP below and a master suite on deck. The opulent bathrooms, clad in different shades of onyx, have heated floors. The elevator serves all decks including the sundeck and zero speed stabilizers ensure guest comfort at anchor. She carries 10 crew.

The sundeck is the perfect environment for relaxed ocean living. Split into three separate areas, the 10-person whirlpool with sun pads either side is forward. Mid-section has a full-service bar with barbecue and cozy U-shaped seating and comfortable seating aft overlooks the ocean. There are al fresco dining options on every deck.

In 2022 CHASSEUR completed her five-year ABS special survey and her tender and toy inventory was renewed. She is powered by Caterpillar 3512 engines giving a top speed of 15 knots. She has a 3500nm range at her cruising speed of 12 knots.
CHASSEUR was asking USD $29,750,000.00.
