MIA ELISE II SOLDWith a stellar reputation for charter, the 60m Trinity is appreciated for her huge interior volume and exterior deck space

Stuart is pleased to announce the sale of the MIA ELISE II, the 60m (197’) Trinity built in 2012. MIA ELISE II is Stuart’s 5th sale in 2023 which also included  the delivery of the 75m/246’ Infinite Jest in June, for a total sales value of $400 million in 2023.  Interestingly, three of the yachts he sold this year (all Dutch-built) had been extended. The aft extensions enhanced their appeal on the brokerage market by modernizing the exterior lines and upgrading the much sought-after beach club facilities.

Back to MIA ELISE II. One of the largest yachts in the world capable of accessing Bahamian waters thanks to her 2.8m (just over 9’) draft, she is built entirely in aluminum with exterior design by Geoff Van Aller and naval architecture by Trinity. Cayman Islands registered, classed by ABS and MCA compliant and equipped with zero-speed stabilizers for comfort at anchor, MIA ELISE II earned a stellar reputation on the charter market.

Powered by twin 3516 Caterpillar engines, MIA ELISE II has a cruising speed of 11.0 knots and a top speed of 18.0 knots. At 11 knots her cruising range is 3,500 nautical miles. Proven beyond doubt, she has completed at least 15 Atlantic crossings on her own bottom.

At 916 GT, MIA ELISE II has an extraordinarily spacious interior for a 60m yacht, thanks to her split deck arrangement and good beam. Her exterior decks are equally out the ordinary, with the sundeck taking pride of place. Divided into three areas there is a sunbathing and relaxation area aft with al fresco dining for 12 guests. The enclosed gym and spa with a sauna and steam room are midships, while the forward deck features a huge whirlpool on the portside surrounded by sun pads and a wet bar starboard.

MIA ELISE II has a well-sized swim platform and beach club which was remodeled in 2022. She carries two tenders and a large fleet of water toys.
Her modern classic interior by Patrick Knowles is decorated in mahogany and Pacific Northwest madrone with cherry burl inlays. She was fully refit in 2022, and the interior was refurbished in 2020 and 2022. Her living areas on the main and Owner’s decks are spacious with large windows and offer different options for dining and relaxation. Like all Patrick Knowles interiors, MIA ELISE II is at once a “plush place of comfort and a most visually stunning environment”, as crisp now as when she was delivered.

MIA ELISE II accommodates up to 13 guests in seven staterooms. The forward-facing master suite with a charming private deck, a VIP and a single cabin are on the Owner’s deck while the remaining four staterooms, three doubles and a twin, are on the lower deck. The single stateroom on the Owner’s deck currently doubles as a private study.
MIA ELISE II can carry up to 16 crew members in 9 cabins including the captain’s and chief engineer’s cabins on the main deck.
