MAG III SOLDAn exceptional Benetti Vision
Stuart is pleased to announce the sale of MAG III, his third sale in 2020 after the 74m Odyssey and the 41m Dreamer.
Without doubt the 45m MAG III was the best-in-class Benetti Vision on the market. MAG III was delivered in 2009 as Hull # 11 of 19 and is equipped with Zero-speed stabilizers and an elevator from the lower to the upper decks. Built to ABS class by a project manager who had 16 Benetti build projects to his name, she has transatlantic range and, although only used privately, MAG III is MCA compliant and her 10-year class survey was completed at the end of 2019. She was also US duty paid.
In pristine condition, MAG III punches well above her weight. Her elegant interior is beautifully decorated by Bannenberg and Rowell who optimized her functional layout showcasing the impressive airy interior spaces and the large sun deck, with a hot tub and al fresco dining, to their best.
The swim platform is accessed from the main deck aft. The tender garage doors fold down creating a large area on the water and when the toys are out of the garage the area becomes a beach club.
MAG III accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms. The full beam master stateroom on the main deck is very spacious with a private study, an unusual 270-degree panoramic view from the stateroom, his and her baths, generous closets and storage space. The stateroom opens onto a private veranda forward.
At USD 10,750,000 MAG III was more competitively priced than other Visions on the market which did not offer the same amenities, technical standard and levels of maintenance.
