NEW CENTRAL LISTING – M/Y LUMINOSITYThe 107m I 353’ full displacement yacht by Benetti
Stuart is pleased to announce the Joint Central Listing for the 107m I 353ft full displacement yacht LUMINOSITY, the third of the 100m+ yachts built by Benetti in Livorno and ready to be delivered.
Beyond doubt, LUMINOSTY is the most ground-breaking of the three. Incorporating more hi tech than most other yachts, she shatters common conceptions of what a tech yacht looks like. The opposite of sterile and impersonal, technology adds a virtual dimension which enhances the overall experience.Structural elements offset decorative features creating a joyously brilliant interior on a grand scale. Extremely low levels of noise and vibration are further dampened when the 3 megawatt/h Lithium Polymer battery bank kicks in. It provides power for 12 silent hours at anchor with zero emissions and no generators. The Power Management System ensures maximum performance with minimum use of energy. Waste management and water collection and recovery systems ensure yacht operations are eco-friendly and cost effective.
LUMINOSITY accommodates 27 guests in 12 staterooms including the Master Suite on the Owner’s deck which also features a large study, dressing, bathroom and massage area.
Luminosity also features the latest generation Beach Club, open on three sides and incorporating a 30m2 indoor pool, ice cold plunge pool, a gym, a spa with Hamman and a bar, lounging and dining areas.
